Northland vs Wellington
5.35pm AEST

Northland To Beat The Line (+12.5 Points)

Wellington are extremely short-priced favourites in this clash, but they have not been particularly impressive during the Mitre 10 Cup to date. Northland have gone close in a number of games this season and they are a better team than their position on the table suggests. I am keen to back them at their current price.

Dominic Thiem vs Gilles Muller
7.00pm AEST

Dominic Thiem To Win 2-0 @ $2.25

Dominic Thiem has been one of the most improved players on the ATP Tour this season and this is another very winnable match for him. His hold/break percentage is vastly superior to Gilles Muller on hard courts this season and I expect him to be far too good for his rival. The $2.25 for a straight set victory is great value.

Malek Jaziri vs Vincent Millot
8.00pm AEST

Vincent Millot To Win @ $2

Vincent Millot is a much better player than his current ranking suggests and his hold/break percentage on hard courts is actually well superior to that of Malek Jaziri. I would have the odds swapped in this contest and Millot is a great bet to come away with the victory at his current price.

Russia vs Finland
5.00am AEST

Russia To Beat The Line (-1.5 Goals)

Finland have already been eliminated from the World Cup Of Hockey and they have only scored a single goal. Russia need to win this game to have any chance of progressing to the next stage of the tournament and I expect them to record a comfortable victory over their rivals. The line of 1.5 goals will not be enough.
