Royal Randwick - Race 2 12:00pm AEST

No. 3 I Thought So

I Thought So threw away victory in the Gosford Guineas and he finds himself in a field that is no tougher. His recent barrier trial win suggests that he may have improved his racing manners and as long as he keeps his mind on the job he will be very difficult to beat. Tim Clark will have plenty of options from the wide barrier draw.

Royal Randwick - Race 4 1.10pm AEST

No. 8 Richard Of Yorke

Richard Of Yorke returns to Sydney after racing very well in Victoria. He scored a dominant victory at Ladbrokes Park before he chased home the talented Hans Holbein in a high-rating race last start. Kerrin McEvoy should be able to control the race from barrier three and the Oasis Dream gelding will be very tough to beat.

Royal Randwick - Race 9 4.15pm AEST

No. 1 Moss ‘N’ Dale

Moss ‘N’ Dale is extremely well-placed at Royal Randwick this afternoon. She returned to the races with a solid effort at Mornington and she is a horse that is unbeaten second-up. She produced a number of high-rating performances during her most recent campaign and with even luck in running she will be tough to hold out.

Caulfield - Race 9 5.10pm AEST

No. 12 Sword Of Light

Sowrd Of Light returned to winning form with an excellent performance at Caulfield a fortnight ago and there is no reason she can’t make it two wins on the trot. Her winning record is not great, but she has generally raced at the highest level and on her best form she has a clear class edge over the rest of this field.
