Pakenham - Race 1 1.30pm AEST
Scratchings have torn this race to shreds and that means that Totally Kaptivated has an excellent opportunity to record a maiden race win. She has showed a great deal of early speed during her racing career to date and on exposed form she does have an edge over this field. Chelsea Hall will take her straight to the front and she will be very tough to run down late.
Pakenham - Race 6 4:00pm AEST
Zoffany Rose recorded a tough win over this track and distance last start and she is a mare that has clearly taken a liking to the synthetic surface. This field is no tougher than the one that she beat last start and she maps to get a lovely trail into this race. She can make it two wins on the trot.
Pakenham - Race 7 4.30pm AEST
Petracca has been a costly horse for punters this preparation, but I am willing to give him one more opportunity this afternoon. He did not have a great deal of luck in running when he was beaten at Pakenham last start and he will have taken benefit from that tough run over a mile. He will be at peak fitness fourth-up and this is his chance to return to winning form.
Pakenham - Race 8 5.00pm AEST
Bon For Glory showed an explosive turn-of-foot to record a maiden race win at Geelong last start and the best performances of her career have come on the synthetic surface. She is a mare that still looks to have plenty of improvement in front of her and she has more upside than the rest of this field.
