Collingwood Women vs Western Bulldogs Women
Both sides will enter this game full of confidence after recording important wins in their own right. Collingwood pulled off a huge upset against Melbourne which gave them their first points of the season. The Bulldogs on the other hand gave their percentage a massive boost with a resounding win over Carlton. With this game being a first against last matchup, I like the Bulldogs to have the firepower to not only win but cover the line.
Brighton & Hove Albion vs Arsenal
A bad week looks set to get worse for Arsenal as they are forced to go on the road and find a way to reduce their 50% loss record when outside of the Emirates. This game has all the earmarks of another frustrating week for the Gunners fan base as Brighton can give their side a real test. With a four-match unbeaten run going and a solid record at home, do not be at all surprised if Brighton can get some points out of this game. The value on offer for the double chance is a nice little insurance policy as well.
Manchester City vs Chelsea
After back to back games against Arsenal, City host a desperate Chelsea side that needs to find a way to get three points from this game. The short turnaround from their 3-0 league win Friday morning is somewhat negated by the fact they were able to cruise through the second half in a canter having put on a first half blitz. With three losses in four games Chelsea need to turn things around if they hope to reach the Champions League placings and a stingy defensive record might help with that but even so it is impossible to back against City.
