Daily Racing Tips – Thursday 8th March

Rockhampton - Race 3 4.05pm AEDT

No. 1 Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate performed well without winning in his first two race starts and on exposed form he does have a clear class edge over the rest of this field. He maps to get a lovely run in this race right on the speed and if he is able to bring the form that he showed last campaign he will prove very tough to beat.

Pakenham - Race 5 8:00pm AEDT

No. 8 Mujaadil

Mujaadil drops back in class after finishing second at both Ladbrokes Park and Caulfield at his past two race starts. He maps to get a lovely trail into this race with Brad Rawiller in the saddle and on his recent form there is no doubt that he is the horse to beat. He may never have a better chance to claim a maiden race win.

Pakenaham - Race 7 9.00pm AEDT

No. 10 Coruscate

Coruscate has only recorded the one race win from six race starts, but this is easily the weakest race that he has contested during his racing career to date. He has form around a number of quality horses and if he is able to return to the races at close to his best, he will prove tough to beat.

Pakenham - Race 8 9.30pm AEDT

No. 6 Roll Of Thunder

Roll Of Thunder led from start to finish to win on debut at Pakenham and she looked like a filly that still has plenty of improvement left in front of her. Stephen Baster will take her straight to the front and there are few better judges of pace in Australia. There is no reason she can’t make it two wins on the trot.
