Orange - Race 1 12.45pm AEST
Hez Lethal was scratched from Wyong and saved for this contest at Orange this afternoon. I expect that it will prove a winning move from Bjorn Baker. Hez Lethal did not have a great deal of luck at Nowra last start and if he can return to the sort of form that he produced at Bathurst and Kembla Grange, he will prove very tough to beat.
Orange - Race 3 1.55pm AEST
Blazing Beau was only narrowly denied at Orange on debut and he was nothing short of dominant at Goulburn last start. The form coming out of that race has been good and the California Dane gelding still has improvement left in front of him. He maps to get a lovely trail into the race and will be tough to beat.
Orange - Race 5 3:10pm AEST
Showgals showed plenty of speed during her maiden racing campaign and she should have no issues finding the lead with Jess Taylor in the saddle. She has trialed really nicely at Warwick Farm and Royal Randwick ahead of her return to the races and she should simply prove too quick for the rest of this field.
Orange - Race 6 3.50pm AEST
Kooringal Star returns to the races in a very winnable contest and he is well and truly over the odds at his current price. He has produced a number of high-rating performances during his racing career to date, 1000 metres is his pet trip and he runs very well fresh. There is no reason he can’t make a winning return to the races.
