Hawkesbury - Race 1 12.10pm AEST
Painted Wall chased home the leader on debut and savaged the line late before he broke through for his maiden win in impressive fashion at Goulburn. He is a lightly raced 5 year old, having only the three starts. He meets a field of younger horses here (including a two year old colt) which is likely to be an advantage.
Hawkesbury - Race 2 12.45pm AEST
Angelo chased home the leader in his debut race here at Hawkesbury but just missed on the line. He steps up in distance and gets another crack at it here today and looks well placed to go forward from the outside gate. He seemed to get through the heavy ground with no problems last start which may prove beneficial today.
Hawkesbury - Race 7 3:45pm AEST
Victory Anthem was brave in defeat over the mile last time out at Goulburn when leading all the way only to be run down late and finish second. He has drawn well today, drops 2.5 kgs on that run and should prove tough to get over the top of. He is a good each way chance here.
Hawkesbury - Race 8 4.20pm AEST
Joeseph Pride saddles up Ticked in the last here today who looks ready to peak at her fifth run in this prep. She has won at the track and distance and has the advantage of the best jockey in the country steering in Brenton Avdulla! Goes close.
