Wyong - Race 3 2.05pm AEST

No. 10 Flower Of Love

Flower Of Love never got a real crack at them at Kembla Grange last start and she would have gone very close if she did. She is yet to record a maiden race win, but she does have promise and the $6 appeals. She maps to get a lovely run in transit with Kerrin McEvoy in the saddle and I am happy to take on the short-priced favourite Panzerfaust.

Wyong - Race 6 3.55pm AEST

No. 4 Savatiano

This is an interesting edition of the Wyong Cup and there are a host of genuine contenders. Savatiano produced a couple of high-rating performances at the end of her Winter campaign and she is a mare that still have plenty of upside. She has the early speed to cross this field from the wide barrier draw and she will give her rivals something to catch.

Wyong - Race 7 4:35pm AEST

No. 4 Harper’s Choice

Harper’s Choice heads into the Wyong Gold Cup on the back of two strong wins and he should still have more improvement left in him. The step-up in trip to 2100 metres does suit and he will make his own luck right on the speed in a race that doesn’t look to have a great deal of tempo. The $4.80 appeals in an open race.

Wyong - Race 8 5.15pm AEST

No. 5 Nai’a

Nai’a finished her Autumn campaign with a smart win at Gosford and she has always been a mare with a fair amount of ability. She has trialled nicely ahead of her return to the races at Wyong this afternoon and there is no reason that she can’t make a winning return. Glyn Schofield should give her a nice run in transit.
