Green Bay Packers vs Chicago Bears
10.20am AEST

Green Bay to Cover the Line (-7)

The oldest rivalry in the NFL is featured match of the opening weekend. Aaron Rodgers plays his first game at Lambeau Field since week four of last season, coincidently against the Chicago Bears as well. Historically this has been a good match for the Packers with plenty of big wins over the Bears at this venue. While the Bears will be breaking in their new stud defender in Khalil Mack, Rodgers and the Packers still have plenty of offensive weapons and should be able to spread the Bears out and put up enough points to cover the line.

Portugal vs Italy
4.45am AEST

Draw @ $3.00

One of the best parts of the new UEFA Nations League is the fact we get these sorts of matches that carry a bit more meaning than if it were just a friendly. The last time these sides met was in a friendly in 2015 and it ended with the Portuguese ending a ten match losing streak against the Italians dating back to 1976. Both of these teams are coming off 1-1 draws on the front end of the international window and while these sides have not had a draw since 1967, it is too hard to split them here.

Scotland vs Albania
4.45am AEST

Scotland to Win @ $1.80

Scotland’s confidence will have been dented after their 4-0 drubbing from Belgium in a friendly last week while Albania picked up a 1-0 win in their League C debut. This will be the first meeting between these sides at international level and a vocal Hampden Park crowd will be eager to see the home team pick up their first win since March. On paper Scotland are a better side and it would be a surprise to see anything other than a home win here.
