New York Yankees vs Oakland A's
10.05am AEST

Match Winner/Total Runs: Yankees/Over 8.5 @ $2.85

It’s the second do-or-die game of the Wild Card round, and both of these teams have to feel pretty good after a lengthy three day break. The trip to Yankee Stadium poses plenty of problems for the A’s though, especially for a pitching staff led by Liam Hendriks on the mound. The A’s starter has been terrible on the road, posting an ugly 7.45 ERA. This will no doubt be a bullpen kinda game, but if Yankees starter Luis Severino throws like an ace, the Yankees should be moving on.

Vancouver Canucks vs Calgary Flames
12.00pm AEST

60 Minutes Betting: Flames @ $2.15

The Flames have had a busy offseason, and they hope to start their year off with a win today against the lowly Canucks. Scoring was an issue last year for Calgary, but that shouldn’t be the case this season with James Neal and Elias Lindholm joining the team. The Canucks, meanwhile, look talent starved, and in the midst of a rebuild, this might be the first loss to kick off a very long season.

Qarabag vs Arsenal
2.55am AEST

Arsenal To Win To Nil @ $2.35

The Gunners have been marching along nicely since September’s early woes. A 2-0 win over Watford stretched their winning streak to seven games in all competition, and Unai Emery’s side should make it eight on Friday morning against Qarabag. The Azerbaijani side has found some nice form themselves recently, however their inexperienced back line should prove no match for Arsenal’s attacking front.
