Legendary Lands – $20 Into $140,907.60

Quaddies don’t get more impressive than this one and if I hadn’t seen the bet with my own eyes, I wouldn’t have believed it!

This isn’t even the quaddie that you dream about – this is beyond your wildest dreams.

This incredible punter has managed to nab the Royal Randwick quaddie on The Everest Day 20 times and the incredible thing is that he did it with only one selection in each leg!

The quaddie started in The Everest and our punter was with Redzel to go back-to-back.

It was a fairly easy watch for our punter as Redzel went straight to the front and never looked like getting caught in what was almost a carbon copy of last year.

Egg Tart started the Craven Plate as a clear favourite, but our punter took proven wet-tracker Moss ‘N’ Dale one-out and it proved to be a winning play.

Moss ‘N’ Dale relished the heavy ground and proved too sharp for his rivals to give our punter another winning leg.

It was in the St Leger Stakes, the third leg of the quaddie, that our punter really got carried away.

Big Blue was coming off a narrow win in the Casterton Hurdle, but he had clearly done something to impress our punter and once again our man only had the one selection.

Jay Ford took Big Blue straight to the front in the early stages of the St Leger Stakes, but our punters quaddie look in serious trouble as the well-backed One Foot In Heaven loomed on the outside.

Big Blue kept on finding however and he clung on bravely to record the biggest win of his career and ensure that our punter was only one leg away from a truly life-changing victory.

It all came down to Esperance in the final race of the day.

Godolphin hatched a plan in The Everest to take Osborne Bulls to the extreme outside of the Randwick straight and they did the same with Esperance and Revenire in the Cellarbrations Sprint.

It proved to be a winning play as the Godolphin duo ran the quinella and Esperance held-off his stablemate to record a tough win and complete what may be the greatest quaddie of the modern era.

Well done to this incredible punter and he will always remember the day that he turned $20 Into $140,907.60!
