The Valley - Race 2 7.00pm AEDT
Declares War broke through for a maiden race win at Ladbrokes Park last start and he is a colt that still has plenty of upside. He showed a lovely turn-of-foot to finish over the top of his rivals in that contest and he won’t need to get as far back from barrier three with John Allen in the saddle. He can make it two wins on the trot.
The Valley - Race 5 8.30pm AEDT
Ray’s Dream will return to the races in the Ladbrokes 55 Second Challenge at The Valley last night and she is well-placed to make it a winning return. She has only recorded the one race win, but she has form around some serious horses and this is the weakest race that she has contested since her maiden win.
The Valley - Race 6 9:00pm AEDT
Bolek is a horse that is perfectly suited to The Valley and he is great value in what is an open race. He is a horse with plenty of early speed and Patrick Moloney will have no issues holding the lead from barrier two. He has had two tough runs so far this preparation and he should now be at peak fitness third-up.
The Valley - Race 7 9.30pm AEDT
Immaculate Secret has put together a handy record after just five race starts and she is a mare that still has plenty of promise. She absolutely bolted in to win at Terang last start and I am confident that she is a horse that can win in the City. Dylan Dunn will be able to settle her right on the speed and she can get the job done.
