The Valley - Race 3 7:30pm AEDT

No. 2 Makahu Boy

Makahu Boy has recorded two wins from three race and his last start victor at The Valley was very impressive. He clearly has a liking to these short-course sprints and the Ladbrokes 55 Second Challenge seems like the ideal series for him. Liam Riordan will be able to settle him right on the speed and he can make it two wins on the trot.

The Valley - Race 5 8.30pm AEDT

No. 1 All Too Huiying

All Too Huiying has always had talent and he looks to have finally started to put it all together. He led from start to finish to record an impressive win at Ladbrokes Park last start and the field that he meets in this contest is no tougher. I would like to see him ridden aggressively again and he will be tough to run down.

The Valley - Race 7 9:30pm AEDT

No. 2 Fabrizio

It has been a long time between race wins for Fabrizio, but he gets his chance to return to winning form in the Torney Night Cup. He finished in the placings in both the Gosford Cup and the Australia Day Cup and that should make him rock hard fit for this contest. The Valley will suit him and Stephen Baster will be able to take him straight to the front.

The Valley - Race 8 10.00pm AEDT

No. 13 Brilliant Choice

Brilliant Choice has only had the three race starts and he has enormous upside. He has form around a number of quality gallopers, including Spring Champion Stakes winner Maid Of Heaven and Nakeeta Jane, and Team Hawkes have found a fairly soft race to kick him off in. He makes his own luck right on the speed and he looks very well-placed in this contest.
