Race 1 - 12:00pm

Class 3 Handicap (1300m)

Assault’N’Bathory missed a place for the first time in six starts last time out when eighth over 1500m at Rosehill but gets another chance with the blinkers going on for the first time. Robert Thompson takes the ride on My Tagoson, Zardoro has consistent city form with a win and two placings from his last three starts and Schappose comes to town on the back of a last start win at Tamworth.

Race 2 - 12:35pm

BenchMark 78 Handicap (1400m)

James McDonald teams up with Chris Waller on Velocita and the five year old will get her chance to bounce back after being a beaten favourite last start at Randwick. Helga is stepping up to Saturday class after two wins at Warwick Farm, Wimlah was a close up second at Rosehill last start and Waking Moment has handy city form.

Race 3 - 1:10pm

BenchMark 70 Handicap (1100m)

All Cylinders is resuming and had handy form in tougher races before a spell and is one of the main chances. Pandemic was a comfortable debut winner at Wyong and gets his chance on the city circuit. Aussie has the winkers on, replacing the blinkers and will be having his first run back since his Maiden win at Hawkesbury in February and Maddi Rocks scored his maiden win at Canterbury in May.

Race 4 - 1:45pm

BenchMark 78 Handicap (1000m)

Royal Witness is a two times winner over this course and distance and is one of the main contenders again. Miss Invincible has James McDonald in the saddle and is coming off a last start win at Wyong. Natalia can be given another chance after being beaten as favourite last start at Randwick and Witherspoon has won a recent Hawkesbury barrier trial in preparation for her return to the track.

Race 5 - 2:20pm

BenchMark 78 Handicap (1550m)

Watchdog has a win and three placings from his last four starts and is one of the main contenders again. Commander also has consistent form and is coming off a last start third over 1600m at Warwick Farm. Flying Pierro has solid mid-week form and Notio finished a handy fourth over 1400m at Rosehill at his latest outing.

Race 6 - 3:00pm

Handicap (1800m)

So You Win’s last two wins have been over 1800m before going down by a nose when second as favourite over 2000m at Rosehill and James McDonald will give the five year old the run of the race from the inside gate. Stablemate Wu Gok is also racing in top form with two wins from his last two starts at Randwick and has to be given plenty of thought. Last start Randwick 2000m winner Wolfe is up in class but down in weight and Savacool is a two times winner over the 1800m.

Race 7 - 3:40pm

Handicap (1400m)

The front running Fabrizio is resuming from a spell and will give a great sight for a long way at some healthy each way odds. Import Wren’s Day has some pretty handy European form and has won a recent Rosehill barrier trial in preparation for his first run for twelve months and the betting ring will be the best guide to his chances. Seaway has strong claims again on his last start win at Rosehill and Bangkok is chasing a hat trick after two wins at Randwick.

Race 8 - 4:20pm

BenchMark 78 Handicap (1400m)

Thy Kingdom Come will be fitter for two runs back from a spell and is a winner over this course and distance. Mapmaker hasn’t been far off the mark of late, Nicochet is stepping up to Saturday class after a mid-week Warwick Farm win and Irish import Venezuela will be having his first start for new trainer Kim Waugh.

Race 9 - 5:00pm

BenchMark 88 Handicap (1100m)

Legend Of Condor has competed against some tougher opposition in previous campaigns and is one to keep a close eye on at his first run back since being gelded. Goldfinch has been runner up at her last two starts over 1100m at Rosehill and will take up a handy position from gate two. Laburnum is having her first start back since winning at Group 3 level during the 2019 Sydney Autumn Carnival but has to overcome a wide barrier and look for improvement from Best Guess.
