Sentimental Gift is the winner of two of her last three starts at Bunbury and heads back to the city following her win over 2219m at Bunbury just over two weeks ago and has the Wizard Of The West, William Pike in the saddle to help her chances. Bon Signore is a three times winner over this course and distance and gets his chance for back to back wins at Ascot after a win over 2200m on Melbourne Cup Day. Persistence Time has handy Ascot form with a win and a third at his last two starts there and Winifer has been runner up at her last two outings over 1800m at Ascot.

Rebel
Knight has the blinkers going on for the first time and will be hard to run
down from the inside gate in the 1000m dash. Dia De La Raza is starting to run
into form with a last start second over 1000m at Belmont. More Aces has been
placed twice from her last three starts at Belmont and Ascot and Macroy is
resuming and has a good fresh record.

Lorentinio
has outstanding form this campaign with three wins and a third from four starts
and looks hard to beat again following his latest win over 1500m at Ascot three
weeks ago. Sir Mambo is chasing a hat trick as he steps up to 1400m after two
wins over 1200m at Ascot. Mankind is also stepping up in distance following his
win over 1100m at Ascot two weeks ago and Royal Command is fitter for one run
back from a spell.

Position Of Power was a last start winner over this course and distance and is one of the main chances again. Dickoletto will be fitter for one run back from a spell when third over the Ascot 1400m course and has handy second up form. Not To Be Mist was a beaten favourite last time out at Ascot and can be given another chance with William Pike sticking with him and Speedy Miss has been thereabouts of late with a win and two placings from her last three starts.

R.J. Peters Stakes (1500m)
Regal Power has been ultra-consistent over the last twelve months with three wins and six placings from his last nine starts. Regal Power has had one run back from a spell for a first up second and gets his chance to find the winner’s stall again. His stablemate Mississippi Delta is better suited over more ground but is certain to race well fresh. Heart Starter is fitter for two runs back from a spell and Platoon is taking a big step up in class after two wins over 1400m at Ascot in restricted class.

Ascot Gold Cup (1800m)
Spiritual
Warrior is racing in outstanding form with wins from his last four starts, his
latest in the 2200m Kalgoorlie Cup at the beginning of October and looks hard
to beat again. Forceful is stepping up to open class after a win over 1600m at
Ascot in restricted grade but has the services of William Pike. Missile Launch
is a last start 2200m Ascot winner and Taxagano hasn’t been far of the pace of
late.

WA Champion Fillies Stakes (1600m)
The first four placegetters of the Burgess Queen Stakes (1400m) at Ascot on Melbourne Cup, Day Kay Cee, Tuscan Queen, Sanabreanna and Rocky Path, are set to do battle again in the WA Champion Fillies Stakes over 1600m. William Pike rides Tuscan Queen and the Fastnet Rock filly will get her chance to reverse the placings with Steve Parnham’s mount Kay Cee. Rocky Path, Special Choice and Sanabreanna will be thereabouts.

Colonel Reeves Stakes (1100m)
Stageman
has been a consistent sprinter over a long period of time and has only missed a
place twice from nineteen starts. The Adam Durrant trained five year old gets
his chance to add another win to his record in the Colonel Reeves Stakes and
William Pike will give him every chance. Flirtini has hit form quickly at two
runs this campaign with a first up third followed by a win over 1000m at Ascot and
will be one of the main competitors again. Misty Metal and Valour Road will
both be fitter for one run back from a break after finishing second and fourth
in the Group 3 Prince Of Wales Stakes (1000m) at Ascot on November 2.

Race 9 - 5:47pm
RTG 66+ Handicap (1600m)
Nelson’s
Flight was beaten a whisker over this course and distance last start and gets
his chance to go one better this week. Arctic Stream has had one run back from
a break for a second over 1400m at Ascot, Master Pearl was in the runner’s up
stall at Ascot last start and Sublime Image is quickly working her way up through
the grades with a maiden win at Ascot followed by a Class 1 win at Bunbury.
