Race 1 - 12:07pm

2yo Plate (1100m)

Mindarie scored on debut in a 1000m Ascot 2yo Plate and will take plenty of benefit from the run and will be hard to beat again. American Choice also has race experience with two placings and can figure amongst the prizemoney again. Chick Flix has been to the races once for a fifth at Ascot while Sunnysilk will be facing the starter for the first time on the weekend.

0MWHandicap (1600m)

Shadow Hunter’s only win from twelve starts has been over 1600m and he drops back to that distance following his eighth over 1800m at Ascot. Perceptive Miss is fitter for two runs back from a spell and heads to town after a second over 1500m at Pinjarra. Arnie’s Boy and Rock’N’Ruler also head to Ascot after placings at Pinjarra.

Race 3 - 1:27pm

RTG 72+ Hadicap (1800m)

Harry Thomas was a last start winner over the same course and distance and will be hard to beat facing similar opposition. Arctic Stream doesn’t have a problem stepping up in distance after winning over 1600m at Ascot, having posted a win over 2050m in the past. Superior Mile is unbeaten from two runs over this course and distance and is ready for the 1800m after two placings at Ascot over 1400m and 1500m and Royal Command can do better than his latest unplaced effort at Ascot.

RTG 78+ Handicap (1000m)

Yeah Dardy has won a 1000m Belmont barrier trial in preparation for his return to the track and has a good first up record. Dance Music is dropping back to 1000m after being placed twice over 1200m at Ascot but is yet to win over that distance. Don’t Fuss was a winner of two his last three runs over 1000m at Belmont before a spell and has won a recent Lark Hill barrier trial and Guns Of Navarone has claims again after scoring at huge odds last start over 1100m at Ascot.

1MW Handicap (1200m)

This’ll Testya is the winner of her only two starts in impressive style and has a great chance to keep her winning record intact this weekend. Supreme Force is racing well over this course and distance with a win and a second at his last two outings and can be in the mix again. Zenaze scored back to back Ascot wins before finishing third to This’ll Testya and has almost seven lengths to make up and Prevailing Winds has been around the minor money of late.

3yo Plate (1200m)

Laverrod has been placed in Listed three year old company at his last two starts and gets his chance to breakthrough for an overdue win. Mia Dolce showed some improvement last start and is a two times winner over this course and distance. Levitate has olny been to the races on three occasions but has show plenty of ability with a win and two placings and Boomtastic is not the worst.

Race 7 - 4:03pm

RTG 72+ Handicap (1400m)

Not To Be Mist is racing in great form with wins at his last two starts over this course and distance and will be hard to beat again. Heart Starter is dropping back from Group 3 company and will be better suited here. Red Publisher just missed the placings last start and Avidus is fitter for two runs back from a spell.

Ted Van Heemst Stakes (2100m)

Regal Power was the winner of the Group 1 Railway Stakes (1600m) at Ascot two runs back and then ran on from the back again when sixth in the Group 1 Kingston Town Classic over 1800m and the step up to the 2100m will suit in the Ted Van Heemst. Gatting was a Group 1 winner during the 2019 Melbourne Spring Carnival and looks suited here on his latest fifth in the Kingston Town Classic. Star Exhibit will appreciate the step up to 2100m and Spiritual Warrior can do better than his last start eighth of eight over 2200m at Ascot.

F&M Classic (1600m)

Electric Light was a winner over 1200m at Ascot two starts back and can be given another chance after being beaten as favourite over 1400m at Ascot a fortnight ago. Perfect Jewel was well beaten in the Group 1 Railway Stakes before finishing fourth in the easier Listed Jungle Dawn Classic and could figure amongst the minor prizemoney. Like A Butterfly and Snowchino finished second and third in the Jungle Dawn Classic.

RTG 66+ Handicap (2200m)

Sentimental Gift has the form on the board with three wins and two placings from her last five starts and looks one of the main chances again. Push To Pass, High Energy and Ombudsman finished second, third and fourth to Sentimental Gift at Ascot last start.
