Race 1 - 12:15pm

Class 5 Handicap (1400m) (Turf)

Hurricane Hunter has been placed at his last to starts at Sha Tin over 1400m and 1600m and a win will increase Zac Purton’s lead in the Hong Kong Jockey’s Premiership.

Joao Moreira will be right on Zac Purton’s heels on Bundle Of Energy who heads back to Sha Tin for his first start since finishing fourth at Happy Vaaley on March 25.

Soccer Master is a last start winner over this course and distance and is up in weight and look for improvement from Golden Cannon.

Race 2 - 12:45pm

Class 5 Handicap (1400m) (Turf)

Galaxy Racer has been doing his recent racing at Happy Valley but was runner up over this course and distance back in February and has Joao Moreira back in the saddle.

Seize The Spirit was a winner over this course and distance back in February and heads back to Sha Tin following a third in a 1650m Class 4 at Happy Valley and goes down in class but up in the weights.

Fire And Gold has been to Happy Valley for his last two starts but has won at Sha Tin in the past and Yee Cheong Lucky is a last start Happy Valley winner over 1200m an is set to be tested over 1400m again.

2 Units Galaxy Racer

Race 3 - 1:15pm

Class 4 Handicap (1000m) (Turf)

Look for improvement from Gold ‘N’ Bold who was blocked for a run at the 50m when fifth on debut in a 1000m Class 4 at Sha Tin on May 17.

Fabulous Eight was a last start winner this class over the 1000m course at Sha Tin but goes up in the weights for that winning effort.

Nextmodel is fitter for a first up third down the Sha Tin straight and the betting will be the best guide for the first starter Winning Dreamer who has won a recent Sha Tin barrier trial.

2 Units Gold ‘N’ Bold

Race 4 - 1:45pm

Class 3 Handicap (1200m) (Turf)

Racing Fighter will strip fitter for a sixth over 1400m at Sha Tin at his first run back from a short break and will be better suited dropping back to the 1200m.

Quadruple Double was a last start winner over this course and distance in similar class and is still down in the weights courtesy of apprentice Jerry Chau’s claim.

Joao Moreira takes the ride on the lightly weighted Unique Treasure and Entrusted is having his first start in Hong Kong and the betting will be the best guide.

2 Units Racing Fighter

Race 5 - 2:15pm

Class 4 Handicap (1200m) (Turf)

General Trump didn’t have the best of luck in the straight last start when second in a 1200m Class 4 at Sha Tin and gets his chance to go one better.

Zac Purton is sticking with Bright Kid who heads back to Sha Tin following a win over 1200m at Happy Valley and should be thereabouts again.

Hinyuen Swiftness is a last start Sha Tin winner this distance but has to contend with a wide barrier and look for improvement from Rhapsody who was well fancied when seventh on debut in a similar class race.

2 Units General Trump

Race 6 - 3:05pm

Class 4 Handicap (1400m) (Turf)

Party Genius hasn’t been far off the mark with a second and a fourth from his last two starts at Sha Tin and Zac Purton takes the ride again.

Winwin Thirtythree had been racing consistently with four placings before his last start ninth in a 1400m Class 4 at Sha Tin and he can do better.

Momentum Happy found the winner’s stall last start this class and distance and can figure as one of the main chances again with the same weight after apprentice Victor Wong uses his claim and the betting will be the best guide for first starter Hey Pal.

2 Units Party Genius

Race 7 - 3:40pm

Class 4 Handicap (2000m) (Turf)

Good Days heads back to Sha Tin following a fourth over 2200m at Happy Valley and is a winner over this course and distance in the past.

McMunigal was a Class 5 winner two starts back over 1800m at Sha Tin then finished fourth over the same distance in a Class 4 and is ready to go up to the 2000m.

Gala Night will have no trouble with the 2000m coming off a win at Happy Valley over 2200m and Natural Storm is stepping up to the 2000m for the first time following his last start second in an 1800m Sha Tin Class 4.

Race 8 - 4:10pm

Class 3 (1200m) (Turf)

Stanley Park was beaten a head last start when runner up over the same course and distance as today’s Class 3 and is still way down in the weights after apprentice Jerry Chau utilises his claim.

Trust Me can mix up his form after winning twice at Sha Tin and was then unplaced twice on the Turf and on the All Weather Track and look for improvement with Zac Purton hopping back on.

Joao Moreira rides Hansome Bo Bo and Falcon Turbo heads back to Sha Tin following a seventh at Happy Valley.

2 Units Stanley Park

Race 9 - 4:40pm

The Lion Rock Trophy (G3) (1600m) (Turf)

Southern Legend is the last start winner of the Group 1 Champions Mile over 1600m at Sha Tin and is the one to beat again dropping back to Group 3 level.

Harmony Victory has been racing consistently of late with a Class 1 win over 1650m at Happy Valley followed by a second in a Class 1 over 1600m at Sha Tin and look for a late finish again.

Beauty Legacy hasn’t been that far off the pace of late and General’s Delight is a last start winner over this course and distance at Class 2 level.

2 Units Southern Legend

Race 10 - 5:15pm

Class 3 Handicap (1400m) (Turf)

Fantastic Show is the winner of his last four starts and it is hard to see him getting beaten here over the same course and distance with Joao Moreira in the saddle again.

Picken goes up slightly in the weights after winning a 1400m Class 3 at Sha Tin and can be thereabouts again.

Look for a better showing from War Room with Zac Purton back on top and Private Rocket gets in with a nice light weight.

Race 11 - 5:50pm

Class 2 Handicap (1200m) (Turf)

Lucky More has three wins from his last five starts and he is up in class and down in the weights following his win in a 1200m Class 3 at Sha Tin last start and is one of the main chances again.

Lucky Express is having his first start in Hong Kong but was a two times winner in Australia in March and April last year and the betting will be the best guide.

Apprentice Jerry Chau’s claim will help reduce Stronger’s topweight which will help his chances and Armando is also facing the Hong Kong starter for the first time, is a three times winner in South Africa and has won a recent Sha Tin barrier trial.
