Daily Racing Tips – Monday 13th July
Tamworth - Race 3 12:18pm AEST
No. 9 Hyperlink
Three year old filly Hyperlink comes into this class 1 event at Tamworth off the back of her maiden win at Port Macquarie.
The daughter of Adelaide showed she can handle the heavy track in that win and she drops in weight for this assignment.
She will appreciate the step up in distance and she should be ready to peak at her fourth run this prep.
Tamworth - Race 4 2:50pm AEST
No. 7 Golden Missile
The Cody Morgan trained Golden Missile looks ready to break through for her maiden race win at just his third career start.
The lightly raced four year old mare has placed at both starts to date including a nice third at Scone over the 1000m last time out where she found the line really well.
The way she finished off that day suggests the step up to 1400m will only benefit her and with even luck, she will be winning a race of this quality.
Tamworth - Race 5 3:25pm AEST
No. 9 Stellar Blaze
Stellar Blaze has not missed the placings in three starts so far this prep.
The Star Witness filly broke through for her maiden race win at Dubbo two back scoring by 2.3 lengths over the 1300m.
She was then freshened up and narrowly missed last start at Muswellbrook but she again looks well placed for this assignment.
Tamworth - Race 6 4:05pm AEST
No. 5 Tom's Knight
Tom’s Knight has three wins from 14 career race starts including an all-the-way win at this track two back on the heavy surface.
The four year old gelding kicked clear at the top of the straight defeating his nearest rival by by 1.8 lengths with a big gap to third.
Jeff Penza should be taking him to the front from a wide draw which will be the place to be in tricky conditions late in the day.
