Winx blitzed the field in the 2015 Cox Plate, as the Chris Waller-trained mare won easily with Hugh Bowan on board giving both the trainer and jockey the first of many a major Melbourne win.
The then four-year-old was simply pheominal as she exploded out of the gates away from the top-class field of domestic and international group 1 horses, winning as she pleased and storming passed the highly favoured Criterion.
Winx was unstoppable and the mighy mare even smashed Might and Powers race and class record.
This was only the beginning.
