Daily Racing Tips – Sunday 1st November
Mornington - Race 5 3:15pm AEDT
No. 1 Kenya
Kenya may have failed to fire in his Australian racing debut in the Heritage Handicap, but he is still deserving of his status as a dominant favourite for this contest.
His best form in Europe gives him a huge class edge over the rest of this field and he maps to get a lovely run in transit from barrier one with Jye McNeil in the saddle.
Mornington - Race 6 3:55pm AEDT
No. 1 Kuzco Lad
Kuzco Lad had recorded two wins from his past three race starts and he wasn’t disgraced behind November Dreaming at Geelong last start.
This is a genuine drop in quality and he will be able to make his own luck right on the speed with Teo Nugent in the saddle.
Mornington - Race 8 5:05pm AEDT
No. 2 Sophia's Choice
Sophia’s Choice is well-placed to make a winning return to the races at Mornington this afternoon.
The Fastnet Rock mare has raced well fresh in the past and on her best form she does have a genuine class edge over the rest of this field.
Barrier two is ideal and Billy Egan can settle her right on the speed.
Mornington - Race 9 5:35pm AEDT
No. 6 Monsters Inc
Monsters Inc has recorded two wins from his three race starts and there is no reason that he can’t continue his winning ways.
The step-up to 1200 metres looks ideal and he has far more upside than any other horse in this field.
