Penrith - Race 3 7:20pm AEST

No. 1 Pocket Book

Pocket Book made a dazzling Australian debut when she stepped out over the short course here at Penrith last start, scoring by 3.6 metres.

I can’t find a reason as to why she wouldn’t make it two from two as she has drawn the gun draw on the pegs and this race does not look any harder than her last.

Penrith - Race 5 8:15pm AEST

No. 4 Bettors Pocket

Nine year old Bettor’s Pocket is a veteran of 143 career race starts and has been racing very consistently throughout this prep.

He was a winner at this track three starts back and comes into this race off the back of a third placing at Menangle last time out.

That form is good enough to see him winning a race of this quality.

Penrith - Race 7 9:15pm AEST

No. 3 Hot Wire

The seventh race of the evening at Penrith is a very competitive betting race Hot Wire represents good value at her current price.

She was second at this track two back and she has been the subject of good early support in betting which suggests she will run well.
