Moe - Race 5 1:10pm AEDT

No. 4 Real Thinker

Real Thinker loves racing on wet tracks and is proven over the track and distance with two wins on the board.

The son of So You Think put a gap between himself and Toorak Playboy over a similar journey here at Moe two weeks ago on a Heavy 10 and only needs to hold his form to make it a double.

He’ll carry a little extra weight for his efforts but should find himself right in the finish if Jamie Mott can tuck in behind the speed.

Moe - Race 6 1:45pm AEDT

No. 3 He’s The Real Deel

He’s The Real Deel has won three races since he came up in August and was a comfortable 3.5L winner over the mile at The Valley in his latest.

The Dundeel gelding probably won’t find this any harder from the ideal alley, and although he’ll carry a little extra weight around, it’s nothing he hasn’t handled before.

Brian Higgins sticks aboard, and I can’t find any reason why he won’t be winning again.

Moe - Race 8 3:00pm AEDT

No. 5 Don’t Doubt Dory

Don’t Doubt Dory won well first-up at Moonee Valley over the mile and was seen doing his best work late in his last assignment at Sandown.

The five-year-old by Fiorente has won over further in his career and has also won two-from-three in his third run back from a spell.

His wet-track form reads very nicely with the track downgraded to a Heavy 8 overnight and everything stacks up for a nice bounce-back.

Murray Bridge - Race 8 4:00pm AEDT

No. 3 Lord Vladivostok

Lord Vladivostok looks to have a class edge over some of his rivals in the Murray Bridge Cup after winning a Group 3 over the mile at Morphettville last time in.

The son of Tavistock has since resumed to finish a narrow runner-up to Magnetic Edge over shorter and should take plenty of improvement as he gets out to his preferred distance now.

The five-year-old won second-up last prep and should appreciate the big drop in weight with apprentice Kayla Crowther steering.
