The Mick Price and Michael Kent trained Hedged finished third on debut at Ballarat back in March.

He was keen in the early stages of the race and will take plenty of benefit from that run into this prep.

He’s been gelded since the last time we saw him and has drawn well in barrier six.

The son of Tarzino easily accounted for his rivals to break his maiden the start before that, scoring by 3.25 lengths and has drawn to get a nice run in transit from barrier four in this event.
