Spitfire kick started this campaign with a two length win at Goulburn before heading to town last time out.

He was well beaten in that Highway race but worked to the line well and will appreciate the step up in distance at this stage of the prep.

The son of Pierro has won over 2000m in the past and he’s drawn well in barrier seven.

Oxford Vision is a progressive type from the Kim Waugh stable.

He finished his last prep by winning three of his last four and he’s come up a big price in the second of the afternoon here at Rosehill.

Worth a small play.

Mostly Cloudy is yet to win this campaign but he has been placed in his last three.

He just missed at Flemington over 2800m a couple of weeks ago and he’ll find this a much easier task.

The big weight has been outset somewhat with the claim and he should get a nice run in transit from barrier three.

Fitness should not be a concern either.

Tashi has been beaten less than a length in her last two outings and the four-year-old mare has placed in six of seven career starts overall.

She steps up in distance and back in grade for this event and she represents good each way value at her current price.

Dakota Vroom is an extremely well bred mare by I Am Invincible out of the Blue Diamond winner Catchy.

She’s only a lightly raced four-year-old having just three starts and she had no luck at Randwick last time out.

The inside draw is an advantage and Zac Lloyd is riding well with the claim.

2 Units Dakota Vroom

Excelladus has been consistent throughout this campaign and finds himself in a winnable race here.

He was shuffled back early in the race at Randwick last Saturday and couldn’t find clear running in the straight at any stage.

The fact they are backing him up suggests the run didn’t take much out of him and he’s firing on all cylinders right at the minute.

Legio Ten is a progressive and lightly raced four-year-old gelding who won back to back starts to start this campaign.

He followed that up with two placings, the first of which was in black type company at Flemington.

He’s miss a place just once in nine career starts and should be ready to peak at this stage of his prep.

4 Units Legio Ten

This looks an ideal race to kick start the campaign for Big Parade who hasn’t been seen at the races for quite some time.

If his latest trial is anything to go on then he is in for a big prep as he won by 20 lengths in a field that including Coolmore Stud Stakes – Newmarket Handicap champion In Secret.

He’s only a lightly raced seven year old and he’s drawn perfectly in barrier four for this year’s Missile Stakes.

3 Units Big Parade

The Kris Lees trained Kalapour is more than capable of winning a race of this quality.

The six-year-old gelding was consistent right throughout his Winter campaign in Queensland and he managed to take out a Group 3 event over 2000m at Doomben.

He’s had a trial leading into this first up assignment and is an each way price.

Ausbred Rising Sun raced in black type company right throughout his three-year-old season and included a placing in the Group 2 Autumn Classic.

He’s been placed in four of six overall and he has had two trials leading into this start, the latest of which he was first over the line.
