No. 1 Oh So Thrilling

Oh So Thrilling made a very good impression on debut.

Over 1215m at Kyneton the daughter of Trapeze Artist settled at the rear and when brought to the outside at the top of straight, she charged home late to grab second.

She will have taken good natural improvement from the outing, the rise to 1400m looks ideal and with the inside draw, she can settle within striking distance under Harry Coffey.

Sunshine Coast - Race 5 3:14pm AEST

No. 2 Gentileschi

Gentileschi has made the trip from the Hunter Valley looking to make it four straight wins.

The Dundeel filly has been dominant in all three victories and her most recent over the 1500m at Hawkesbury was very impressive.

After settling midfield she produced a sharp turn of foot the round them up over the final 2000m and put up a two length margin on the line.

She’ll be well suited on the big Sunshine Coast track and rise to 1800m looks ideal.

Kyle Wilson Taylor will do the steering for Paul Messara and Leah Gavranich and he’s sure to afford her every chance from the good draw.

Sunshine Coast - Race 6 3:57pm AEST

No. 6 Incessant

Incessant kicks of his campaign for the new stable.

Now under the care of Jack Bruce, the Savabeel gelding has just has the two starts and finished the runner up on both occasions.

He was very good on debut, charging late from the back on the Kensington track to finish just over a length off subsequent group three winner Queen of Dragons.

At his next outing he stepped out over the mile at Newcastle and performed well but just couldn’t reel in the leader.

He’s since been gelded and looked sharp winning a recent 1050m trial.

Sunshine Coast - Race 8 5:05pm AEST

No. 7 Malarina

Malarina resumes off a break.

The Annabel Neasham rained filly has built a very tidy record, having finished in the top three in all five starts to date.

She recorded her maiden win when resuming back in December and produced a solid effort off a wide run to finish third at Eagle Farm following that.

The daughter of Your Song looks to have returned in top order, finishing off strongly in a recent Deagon trial and she’ll relish the soft conditions here.
