Canterbury - Race 2 1:25pm

No. 1 Cinsault

Cinsault has made just three appearances at the races since debuting, but she has stamped herself as one to follow by placing on all three occasions, including a decent effort over 1100m at Warwick Farm when resuming a fortnight ago.

With natural improvement today, she can begin her rise through the grades.

Sandown - Race 3 1:35pm

No. 9 Kiko

Kiko has returned to the races in sharp form this time and strikes another very winnable one at Sandown this afternoon.

Having recorded an eye-catching win at this track and trip at her first run back last month, the Capitalist mare was only just denied by a smart Oak Hill a fortnight ago and is drawn to receive every chance today.

Canterbury - Race 7 4:20pm

No. 8 Fairway Star

Fairway Star is fit and ready to do something at Canterbury today.

The Bjorn Baker-trained mare worked home well to finish fifth in BM72 company in her first run back and was last seen running midfield in a BM78 at Flemington.

Fitter third-up and back to the midweeks, she’s primed to strike.

Sandown - Race 8 4:30pm

No. 12 Rhapsody Chic

Rhapsody Chic doesn’t know how to run a bad race and can take another step through the grades this afternoon.

The Sacred Falls gelding hasn’t missed placing in six starts since debuting and was a deserved winner in BM64 company at Seymour last time out.

He’s hard fit today and something like this looks the next logical step for him.
