Geelong - Race 3 12:10pm

No. 1 Al Duca

Al Duca only just missed on debut here at Geelong back in June, and after a tough run in transit at Sale second-up, he worked home well to only just miss again last time out.

He’s in peak order today and the rise in trip looks suitable.

Lismore - Race 3 1:20pm

No. 8 Edge Of Seventeen

Edge Of Seventeen is second-up and primed to strike.

The Matt Dunn-trained filly is yet to break her maiden in four trips to the races, but she’s also yet to miss the placings, and her first run back this time at Eagle Farm was her best to date.

With natural improvement, I think she’ll take beating today.

Lismore - Race 6 3:20pm

No. 1 Written Fame

Written Fame resumes in a very suitable race at Lismore.

The Winning Rupert gelding bookended his last prep with race wins and was nothing short of dominant at his first run back particularly.

With that in mind, something like this looks well within his abilities and he has drawn a peach today under Ben Looker.

Geelong - Race 9 4:10pm

No. 3 Revalene

Revalene is third-up today and looks well placed to win.

The Russian Revolution colt won out at Swan Hill when resuming this time, but he was outclassed in a decent Saturday metro race at Caulfield last time out.

Fitter third-up and dropping back substantially in grade, this looks a perfect race for him.
