Ballarat - Race 1 1:30pm

No. 5 Fair Game

Fair Game resumes in a winnable race today at Ballarat.

The Hellbent mare made just two appearances at the races during her debut prep, filling the minors on debut before finishing second behind a very impressive Elphinstone at Ballarat.

She’s reportedly furnished into a stronger horse, and this looks a nice kick off point for her.

Ballarat - Race 3 2:30pm

No. 3 Hot Wings

Hot Wings is third up and ready to win.

The Lindsay Park-trained galloper finished second on debut back in late June before finishing less than a nose behind the winner at Pakenham last time out.

With further improvement today, this looks her chance.

Ballarat - Race 4 3pm

No. 1 Enzo

Enzo strikes a winnable race today at Ballarat.

The Per Incanto gelding left plenty to the imagination when he failed to beat a runner home at Sandown last time out, but his form prior to that was good and included an eye-catching win at Geelong.

This looks a far more suitable race for him, and he steps out in peak condition.

Ballarat - Race 5 3:30pm

No. 1 Signal

I’m eager to have something on the resuming Signal in the penultimate race at Ballarat today.

Signal hasn’t been seen at the races since March, but he turned in some really good performances in races tougher than this one, and he did manage to win at this point of that preparation.

With even luck today, he can use this as a springboard into something stronger.
