Seymour - Race 5 3:50pm

No. 4 Top Arctic

Top Arctic is hard fit and looms as a key winning chance again in Race 5 at Seymour today.

The Frosted gelding hasn’t finished worse than second at his last four appearances, winning in dominant fashion at Ballarat two back before only just being pipped late by Another Nephew last time out.

He can go forward again today and give them something to chase.

Seymour - Race 6 4:20pm

No. 9 Bower Boy

Bower Boy takes winning form into this contest and looks well placed to make it two in a row.

The Highland Reel gelding has improved noticeably with each of three runs back from a break, culminating in a comfortable maiden win last time.

This is harder, but he looks to be in peak order, and it does look the next logical step for him as well.

Seymour - Race 7 4:50pm

No. 4 Private Jumbo

Private Jumbo resumes in a very winnable race at Seymour this afternoon.

Private Jumbo hasn’t been seen at the races since December, but he was excellent last time in, winning over 1225m at Geelong most notably before placing in some stronger metropolitan races.

This is an ideal campaign launchpad and he can use is as a step into something stronger.

Seymour - Race 8 5:20pm

No. 3 Iphimedia

Iphimedia returns from a freshen up in a winnable race at Seymour.

The Exceed And Excel mare turned in some fine efforts during the autumn and winter, and she was last seen finishing second, though well beaten by an impressive Fragile Love at Sandown.

This is a weaker race and it’s a perfect opportunity for her to win.
