No. 13 Brulante
Brulante kept on coming into second here at Cranbourne last time out and looks well placed to break her maiden this afternoon.
The Epaulette filly finished down the order behind Thames at Geelong on debut, but mustered a big turn of foot after racing wide to only just miss last time out.
Fitter third-up, she’s primed to strike.
Kembla Grange - Race 4 3:35pm
No. 6 Admitted
Admitted resumes in a very winnable race this afternoon at Kembla Grange.
The Godolphin-trained gelding only made two appearances at the races during his debut prep, but was an easy winner at Bendigo before stepping out in Group 3 company.
He’s trialled well ahead of this return, and it looks to be an ideal campaign launchpad.
Cranbourne - Race 6 4pm
No. 8 King West
King West can continue his rise through the grades this afternoon.
The Enver Jusufovic-trained gelding was on denied by Chinqui on debut at Moe last month, but produced an eye-catching effort to break his maiden last time out.
This is harder, but he’s open to plenty of improvement looks to have a bright future.
Kembla Grange - Race 7 5:25pm
No. 3 Colours Of Autumn
Colours Of Autumn takes winning form into this contest and can make it two in a row.
The four-year-old mare returned to action to finish second, beaten a head here, but justified odds-on favouritism with a dominant performance up at Newcastle last time out.
She’ll take further improvement into this race, and it looks the next logical step for her to take.
