Ballarat - Race 2 2pm AEDT
No. 5 Lunar Module
Lunar Module is second up today and primed to strike.
The Gavin Bedggood-trained mare is a nine-start maiden, but she has raced consistently since debuting and returned to action to finish second out at Sale.
With natural improvement, I don’t think she’ll be offered a better opportunity to win than this.
Ballarat - Race 4 3pm AEDT
No. 9 Dream All Day
Dream All Day resumes in a very winnable contest at Ballarat.
The Savabeel mare didn’t break her maiden during her debut prep, but she also didn’t miss placing and was only just denied by Aztec State at Flemington back in June.
She can use this as a launchpad into something bigger and better.
Ballarat - Race 6 3pm AEDT
No. 4 Allouvre
Allouvre faces a rise in class today at Ballarat but has plenty of upside and can win again.
The Under The Louvre mare finished fourth, beaten more than three lengths on debut at Hamilton, but took plenty of improvement into a dominant win of her own last time out.
Fitter third-up, something like this is the next logical step, and we can have an each way play at current odds ($9 at publish).
Ballarat - Race 7 4:30pm AEDT
No. 10 Fitzpatrick
Fitzpatrick strikes a winnable race this afternoon at Ballarat.
The Snitzel gelding turned in some fine performances last time in, winning up on the Sunshine Coast and finding form around some decent Queensland metro talent.
He couldn’t have done a lot more without winning at Mornington when resuming and with any improvement at all, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish.
