The Exceed And Excel gelding only just missed behind President at Rosehill fresh from a break and took plenty of improvement into a dominant maiden victory at his latest.
Fitter third-up today, something like this looks the next logical step for him to take.

Kenmare Bay has been knocking on the door of a win since resuming and gets a great chance today at Gosford.
The New Bay gelding worked home well behind Lugarno at Wyong late last month and only just missed behind Oakfield Prince at his latest.
Fitter third-up today, he might not get a better opportunity to win than this.

Belle Detelle is another one that looks well placed to continue a successful rise through the grades today at Gosford.
The Zed filly filled the minors at each of her first three career starts and was rewarded for her consistency with a nice win over a mile at Sandown last time out.
I like that she has been kept up to the mark with a trial since that race and sticking at a mile in tougher company today looks to suit.
