No. 6 Chebici
Chebici is second up and primed to strike today at Queanbeyan.
The Puissance De Lune filly raced fairly without recording an elusive victory during her debut prep, but she returned with a fine performance to finish second at Canberra.
With natural improvement today, she can begin her rise through the grades.
Wodonga - Race 3 2:30pm
No. 5 Handy Friend
Handy Friend resumes in a winnable race today.
The Lean Mean Machine gelding only made one appearance at the races during his debut preparation but showed ability in working home well to fill the minors at Moe.
He’s had a handful of trials ahead of today’s return and looks forward enough to win.
Wodonga - Race 4 3pm
No. 4 Wings Of Carmen
Wings Of Carmen is fit and ready to win at Wodonga.
The Inference gelding has improved noticeably with each of three runs back from a break and was last seen finishing third, beaten a head in the Wagga Guineas Prelude.
He steps out today a fit horse and might not be offered a better opportunity to win than this.
Wodonga - Race 7 4:30pm
No. 12 Pop Quiz
This looks to be one of the more open races on the program and Pop Quiz is one that appeals at huge odds.
The No Nay Never mare didn’t enjoy the best of luck at Kyneton when resuming and finished down the order, but her form last time in was strong and consistent, and she raced well around some decent types.
I like that she’s been back to the trials since her fresh effort, and we can have an each way play today at the price.
