No. 2 Mandino
Mandino takes winning form into this contest.
The Dandino gelding dusted off the cobwebs with a fair effort to finish fifth in BM58 company at Strathalbyn first up from a spell before charging home to salute at Oakbank last time out.
Third-up and over 2100m, this looks another lovely race for him.
Horsham - Race 5 3pm
No. 3 My Angel Shell
My Angel Shell is fit and looks well placed again today at Horsham.
My Angel Shell turned in some fine efforts earlier this year, breaking his maiden at Terang and running a place at The Valley most notably, while he was last seen filling the minors at the ‘Bool.
He has options in running today from the rails draw and can fight out the finish again.
Horsham - Race 7 4pm
No. 1 French Graffiti
French Graffiti resumes in a winnable race today at Horsham.
The Ciaron Maher-trained gelding hasn’t been seen at the races since October, but he debuted with a fine performance to win here at Horsham before filling the minors in BM58 company most notably.
He’s had the benefit of a couple of trials ahead of today’s return and it looks a suitable campaign launchpad.
Horsham - Race 8 4:30pm
No. 6 Weather Delay
A fit Weather Delay is the one for me in the last at Horsham.
Weather Delay worked home well to only just miss behind Ahab at Werribee last month before breaking his maiden well at Ballarat.
His first run up in grade saw him finish just over a length and a half behind a smart Professor Pickles last week and I like that he is on the quick back up.
