No. 3 Deemee
Deemee is fit and looms as the one to beat in the first at Tamworth this afternoon.
The Preferment mare was an eye-catching winner in Class 1 company at Dubbo back in April and has only just been denied at each of her two subsequent starts.
In peak order today, I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish again.
Kilmore - Race 2 1:30pm
No. 2 Cincincity
Cincincity is fit and ready to win.
The Ilovethiscity filly has improved with each of three runs back from a break and was last seen finishing second in a similar race at Kyneton.
In peak order today, she can begin her rise through the grades.
Kilmore - Race 6 3:30pm
No. 2 Hawkins
Hawkins is another one that steps out today fit and ready to strike.
The Dundeel gelding dusted off the cobwebs with a couple of fair efforts first and second up from a spell, but turned in an improved performance to finish third when getting out to 1854m at Kyneton last time out.
With further improvement and getting out to 2000m today, he gets plenty of ticks.
Kilmore - Race 8 4:30pm
No. 1 Caleana
Caleana puts an unbeaten record on the line in the last at Kilmore.
Caleana has only made one appearance at the races so far, but he couldn’t have been much more impressive in hitting the line for a dominant win in maiden company.
This is harder, but he’s open to plenty of improvement and it does look the next logical step.
