Ladbrokes Sandown Race 8 (1400m) - Wed 19th Jun 2019

Ladbrokes Sandown - VIC:

Showery
Track: Heavy (9)
Ladbrokes Sandown Race 8
LADBROKES ODDS BOOST (BM78)
Distance: 1400m
Race Time: 4:30 PM
Race Status: (Final) Closed
Race Comments:
SATORI Was well beaten in a race at Flemington last start but this is easier back to the midweeks and would only have to replicate his photo-finish third at Warrnambool resuming two back to be the one to beat. TRULY DISCREET Has been contesting stronger races in recent starts. Has won two from two when racing in this grade and is right in the mix with 58.5kg on her back after the claim. NOTIO Resumes and has had the benefit of a couple of trials. Best form is over further but it would be no surprise to see him sprint well fresh. PAINTE Was a Wangarrata winner earlier in the preparation before finishing on the placegetters heels in his three subsequent outings and is definitely worth including in the wider exotics.

Well beaten but finished strongly last start at Caulfield when fresh. Proven perfromer on a soft track. Generally strong second-up placing at Pakenham Park last second-up attempt but still seems unlikely.
