Rosehill Race 3 (2400m) - Sat 23rd Mar 2019

Rosehill - NSW:

Fine
Track: Heavy (8)
Rosehill Race 3
IRRESISTIBLE POOLS N E MANION
Distance: 2400m
Race Time: 1:45 PM
Race Status: (Final) Closed
Race Comments:
MIDTERM Hit the line strongly when a close third in the Mornington Cup Prelude at Caulfield last start. He’s the one to beat with the first-up run under his belt. SHRAAOH Is an imported galloper who won on a heavy track at his first Australian start at Flemington last November and put the writing on the wall when a close second in the Randwick City Stakes last start. Still has scope for improvement and gets the chance to go one better. BIG DUKE Finished runner-up in the Parramatta Cup resuming two back and the edge was off him in the Randwick City Stakes last start. He’s looking for the step up in distance and goes in all the exotics. ETYMOLOGY Was well beaten in the Launceston Cup last start but wins at his previous three starts would suggest he is worth another chance.
