Las Vegas Golden Knights vs Colorado Avalanche
9.00am AEDT

Las Vegas to Win

Nobody could have forecast such a phenomenal start to the season for the Knights but it just keeps rolling no matter who they put out there. Injuries have impacted their goalie stocks but they are producing enough goals to offset that issue and get on a fantastic hot streak. That should continue against a Colorado side who are looking much better than last year but don’t quite have the ability to match Vegas at home.

Papua New Guinea vs Wales
4.00pm AEDT

Papua New Guinea to Win – 19.5 Points

Backed by a vocal home crowd in Port Moresby, PNG are heavily favoured to get by a Wales side that has a good history against this side. The Kumals have an impressive squad that have performed well in the NRL and Queensland Cup. With the power and speed on offer for PNG I like their chances to put up a big score here on a Wales side that might be finding their feet a little bit.

Adelaide United vs Melbourne City
7.50pm AEDT

Draw

Two sides that will be very familiar with one another given the player movement. It is City’s first game outside of Victoria this season having gone a perfect three for three in their home state. Adelaide will be backing up after an emotional and bruising FFA Cup win against Western Sydney and might face a bit of rotation but this is a side that does not look like it will back down against any challenge and will find a way to scrap out a draw at home.

Manchester United vs Tottenham
10.30pm AEDT

Manchester United to Win

Everything about this game screams Jose Mourinho tactical masterclass where he deploys a similar game plan to what was used against Liverpool a fortnight ago. United, despite being the home side will play tight and try to frustrate a potent Tottenham attack by slowing the game down. Even then it should still be a case of United finding a goal either side of half time to get away with three points.
