Murray Bridge - Race 3 1.25pm AEDT
Yankee Eyes didn’t have a great deal of luck when she returned to the races at Gawler and she is a better filly than that performance suggests. This really isn’t the strongest field and she maps to get a dream run in transit with Jamie Kah in the saddle. This is her opportunity to record a maiden race win.
Murray Bridge - Race 6 3:10pm AEDT
Éclair Choice has been sent back to Phillip Stokes in South Australia after a stint in Singapore. His best form gives him a huge class edge over the rest of this field, he won the Caulfield Sprint, three years ago and his recent barrier trial suggests that he has settled back into the Stokes stable nicely. I am happy to gamble that he brings his best form to the races.
Murray Bridge - Race 7 3.45pm AEDT
Street Life will return to the races at Murray Bridge this afternoon and he is a horse that does have a strong first-up record. It took him a while to show ability, but he has won two of his past three starts and two of his highest-rated performances came at Murray Bridge. The $8.50 currently on offer is well and truly over the odds.
Murray Bridge - Race 8 4.20pm AEDT
Silvera has been racing well without winning this campaign and he gets his chance to return to winning in the Murray Bridge Gold Cup this afternoon. He has not been beaten far in any of his recent starts and his last start effort at Morphettville was tough. He can go forward from the wide draw with Jamie Kah in the saddle and he will be tough to beat.
