Daily Racing Tips – Kempsey Cup Day Special

Kempsey - Race 6 4:20pm AEDT

No. 5 Our Girl Babs

Our Girl Babs has gone to another level this campaign and she heads into this contest on the back of two strong wins at Port Macquarie and Taree. The form around her this campaign has been strong and she finds herself in a fairly weak contest at Kempsey this afternoon. She can make it three wins on the trot.

Kempsey - Race 7 4:55pm AEDT

No. 2 I Wanna Be A Jeep

I Wanna Be A Jeep is the horse to beat in the Kempsey Cup. He was unlucky when he finished third in the Denman Cup first-up and he was tough when second behind Profiler in the Jungle Juice Cup at Cessnock last start. He has recorded two wins from as many starts ay Kempsey and his record over this trip is also outstanding.

Warrnambool - Race 7 5:30pm AEDT

No. 3 Royal Boss

Royal Boss generally produces his best form when he gets the sting out of the track and he gets those conditions at Warrnambool this afternoon. He should improve on his first-up performance and the wide barrier draw should prove to be an advantage.

Warrnambool - Race 8 6:05pm AEDT

No. 8 My Taranaki

My Taranaki relished the conditions at Warrnambool last start to score an impressive win and she is well-placed to make it two wins on the trot. The 1700 metres does seem ideal for her and she maps to get a lovely run in transit with Dean Yendall in the saddle.
