Terang - Race 3 2:30pm AEDT

No. 11 Kuramae

Kuramae is a better horse than her record suggests and she is a filly that does have some upside. She chased home the talented Sartorial Splendor at Terang first-up last campaign and a repeat of that performance would make her very tough to beat in this contest.

Terang - Race 4 3:00pm AEDT

No. 1 Elegist

Elegist ran some of the fastest closing sectionals of the race when he finished fourth at Pakenham last start and the form coming out of that race has been strong. The wide barrier draw isn’t ideal, but he will get back in the run anyway and he will have the chance to finish over the top of his rivals late.

Terang - Race 5 3:30pm AEDT

No. 14 True Bell

True Bell may never have a better chance to record a maiden race win. She has raced well without winning during her career to date and her first-up effort at Warrnambool was a pleasing one. She should take good improvement from that performance and if she is able to do that she will prove tough to beat.

Terang - Race 8 5:00pm AEDT

No. 4 Ammoudi Bay

Ammoudi Bay recorded a maiden win at Terang during his maiden racing campaign and he wasn’t disgraced in tougher races at both Geelong and Ladbrokes Park. The Starcraft gelding definitely has some upside and, with even luck in running, he should prove very tough to beat.
