Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 1 3:20pm AEDT

No. 1 Beau Mec

Beau Mec may never have a better chance to record a maiden race win. His two runs this campaign have been full of merit and the form coming out of his last start at Cranbourne has been very strong. This really isn’t the strongest race and he maps to get a lovely run in transit with the talented Michael Poy in the saddle.

Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 3 4:30pm AEDT

No. 4 Miss Elena

Miss Elena recorded a maiden race win at Bendigo two starts ago in impressive fashion and she finished a close, and a touch unlucky, third behind Somals and The Natural at The Valley last start. This race is a genuine drop in quality and a repeat of her last start effort would make the Toronado filly very tough to beat.

Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 5 5:40pm AEDT

No. 8 Iowa Hawkeye

Iowa Hawkeye returned to the races with a tough win at Bendigo and he was far from disgraced when he finished third at Ladbrokes Park last start. He ran all of the fastest closing sectionals in that contest and the step-up to 1800 metres looks absolutely ideal for him. The $5 currently available is over the odds.

Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 7 6:45pm AEDT

No. 1 Miss Street

Miss Street returned to the races with a tough second behind All Cylinders in the Ladbrokes 55 Second Challenge at The Valley and the form coming out of that race has been very strong. She has recorded five wins from her past nine race starts and there is no doubt that she is a 1000 metres specialist.
