Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 2 12:45pm AEST

No. 1 Ancient King

Ancient King finished third behind Gobstopper and Runaway in the Galleywood Hurdle and he can turn-the-tables on his rivals in the Australian Hurdle.

The step-up to 3900 metres suits Ancient King better than it does his main rivals and the wet track is also in his favour.

The veteran galloper is well and truly over the odds at $7.

Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 3 1:25pm AEST

No. 6 Georgethefifth

The Australian Steeplechase is a big step-up in class for Georgethefifth, but he does have much more upside than some of the other horses in this field.

He could hardly have been more impressive when he won by eight lengths at Warrnambool last start and he has clearly relished his opportunity over the jumps.

Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 4 2:05pm AEST

No. 1 Aidensfield

Aidensfield made her racing debut with an impressive victory at Caulfield and this contest is no tougher.

The fact that she was able to show early speed, but still finish the race off strongly on debut is a good sign that she is a quality filly and I think that she will end up in stronger races than this one.

Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 6 3:15pm AEST

No. 2 Iscariot

This is an open race and Iscariot is good value to make a winning return to the races.

He has recorded two wins from as many first-up starts and I am confident that he is a better horse than his record suggests.

He has the early speed to go forward from the wide barrier draw and he will give his rivals something to chase.
