Gosford - Race 2 1:10pm AEST

No. 3 Princess Sunlight

Princess Sunlight will return to the races in a very winnable contest at Gosford this afternoon.

She showed good speed without winning in her two previous race starts and she has trialed nicely ahead of her return to the races.

Andrew Gibbons will ride her aggressively in the early stages of this contest and she will give her rivals something to catch.

Gosford - Race 7 4:15pm AEST

No. 4 Salina Dreaming

Salina Dreaming has recorded two wins from her three race starts and she was absolutely dominant at Muswellbrook last start.

The Dream Ahead filly still has plenty of upside and the step-up to 1100 metres should not be a problem.

The wide barrier draw is something of a concern, but I am willing to take a gamble on with a filly with this much potential.

Ballarat - Race 4 2:30pm AEST

No. 5 Stretto

Stretto is deserving of his status as a short-priced favourite for this contest at Ballarat.

He wasn’t disgraced when he finished ninth behind He’ll Haunt Us in the Magic Millions Maiden and he found the line nicely when he finished second behind Bones last start.

On exposed for he has a clear class edge over the rest of this field and he may never have a better chance to record a maiden race win.

Ballarat - Race 6 3:30pm AEST

No. 2 Kipketer

Kipketer has been racing consistently since he returned to the races and this is his chance to return to winning form.

He is one of the only horses that is a proven performer on Synthetic tracks and that does give him an advantage over the rest of this field.
