Daily Racing Tips – Sunday 31st May
Ballarat - Race 4 2:00pm AEST
No. 1 Arctic Wolf
Arctic Wolf has finished second in his three race starts during his career to date and he has an excellent chance to claim a maiden race win this afternoon.
He has generally raced in stronger company than this and he was a good thing beaten at Bendigo last start.
The Sebring gelding is deserving of his status as a clear favourite in this contest.
Ballarat - Race 7 3:30pm AEST
No. 3 Bones
Bones beat Stretto to win at Ballarat last start and Stretto has since come out and won another race in impressive fashion.
This contest really doesn’t look that much tougher and the Eurozone gelding maps to get a lovely run in transit from the inside barrier with Jye McNeil in the saddle.
Ballarat - Race 8 4:00pm AEST
No. 3 Miss Damita
Miss Damita will take benefit from this run and she will be better suited over further, but I think that her class can take her a long way in what is far from the strongest contest.
She has won first-up in the past and her best form does give her a genuine class edge over the rest of this field.
I am happy to gamble that she is forward enough to win this contest at her current price.
Ballarat - Race 9 4:30pm AEST
No. 2 High 'N' Dry
High ‘N’ Dry may never have a better chance to record a second race win.
He has improved each time that he has been seen at the races this campaign and he was only narrowly denied by Kiss And Cry at Ladbrokes Park last start.
This contest is no tougher and he has an excellent chance to return to winning form.
