Eleven races will be run and won on Sunday’s program at Sha Tin.
Zac Purton and Joao Moreira continue their battle in the Jockey Premiership and results at Sha Tin on Sunday and sure to be vital as we fast wind towards the end of the season.
*All races previewed in AEST
Changcheng Prince has been charged with lugging a decent topweight, but he couldn’t have been more impressive during the early stages of his career and can record another win.
The three-year-old son of Carpe Diem filled the minors at his first two starts when debuting in April running second to Like That before breaking his maiden in dominant fashion last time out.

Many of the fourteen confirmed starters in Race 2 will be on debut and none with exposed form have shown a whole lot so far.
I am happy to stay out of this one from a betting perspective.

Sky Gem didn’t handle the drop in trip last time out but getting back to 2200m is going to be ideal and he can return to winning form.
The four-year-old son of Niagara has been up and racing for a while, but has continued to return good performances, including a solid win at this track and distance two back.
He gets a relief in the weights with Jerry Chau’s claim and is up to something of this quality.

There are more first starters set to step out in Race 4, but I’ve been impressed with what Fabulous Eight has produced so far and he looks a winning chance again.
The four-year-old son of Dream Ahead hasn’t missed a place in his last four appearances, including a smart win here in May.
He’s another horse that will benefit from Jerry Chau’s claim and he’s drawn to receive a nice run in behind the speed.

Striking Mr C will take winning form into the fifth at Sha Tin on Sunday and can make it two in a row.
The Super Easy gelding returned an eye-catching effort to finish fourth at this track and distance when resuming and enjoy good improvement into a smart win last time out.
Fitter third-up, from the inside draw and a claiming apprentice aboard, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.

Good For You has been a model of consistency and looms as a winning chance in the sixth.
The Thorn Park gelding was a dominant winner at Happy Valley in late April and hasn’t raced poorly in the wake – finishing in the minors three times, including a credible second behind Mega Heart here last time out.
He’s also drawn nicely and will be hard to hold out.
2 Units Good For You
Perfect Pair tends to mic his form a little, but this looks a nice race for him.
The Darci Brahma gelding returned to the races with a decent effort to finish on the placegetters’ heels over 1200m but failed to finish off when ninth here last time out.
Fitter third-up from the inside draw and with Zac Purton jumping aboard, he is up to it.

California Concord is yet to return a poor effort this time and strikes another winnable contest at Sha Tin on Sunday.
The Fastnet Rock gelding actually hasn’t missed a place in five starts since arriving in Hong Kong, but has been particularly slick this time – winning two back before filling the minors in a decent race last time out.
He looks to be at peak fitness for this race, is drawn well and will be ridden by in-form hoop Karis Teetan.

Chevalier Prince has enjoyed a quick rise to prominence and can record another win at Sha Tin on Sunday.
The Frankie Lor-trained gelding finished a length and a half third on debut, progressing to a close-up second over 1400m here before breaking his maiden in style last time.
Purton stays aboard and I can’t see the small drop in trip being an issue – he is my best bet on the program.
5 Units Chevalier Prince
He didn’t show a lot first-up, but Romantic Combo is a decent horse when he puts it all together and I am happy to have a small each-way play at the price.
The three-year-old gelding didn’t miss a place during his debut prep, breaking his maiden third-up and i’m expecting good improvement on Sunday.

The talented Lucky Express will enjoy good improvement into his second campaign start and is primed to win.
The Toronado gelding stamped himself as one to watch during his debut prep, winning two of three starts, and resumed this time for a close-up third at this track and distance.
He’s drawn fairly with Joao Moreira aboard and looks the one to beat.
