Daily Racing Tips – Tuesday 11th August

Ballarat - Race 4 2:30pm AEST

No. 3 Design Rogue

Design Rogue has developed into a very consistent performer and he finds himself in another very winnable contest at Ballarat this afternoon.

He has now recorded three wins from his seven race starts on a Synthetic racing surface and there is no doubt that is where he produces his best form.

Matthew Cartwright will ride him aggressively in the early stages of the race and he will give his rivals something to catch.

Ballarat - Race 5 3:00pm AEST

No. 4 Ronay

The scratching of the promising Moeen leaves Ronay as clearly the horse to beat in this contest.

She wasn’t beaten far behind Smart Elissim at Ballarat last start and there is no horse of that quality in this field.

All four of her previous race wins have come at Ballarat and she can claim another victory this afternoon.

Ballarat - Race 7 4:00pm AEST

No. 3 My Divas

It has been a while between race wins for My Divas, but this does look like a nice contest for her at Ballarat this afternoon.

She was only narrowly denied by Rock The Bowler at Ballarat last start and I don’t think that this field is any tougher.

Barrier 15 isn’t ideal and she will need some luck in running, but she does have some tactical versatility.

Ballarat - Race 8 4:30pm AEST

No. 6 Gingerson

This is one of the most open races of the card and it is Gingerson that represents value at his current quote.

There is no doubt that he has gone to another level this campaign and I am confident that he is a better horse than his current record suggests.

Barrier 14 could prove to be an advantage and Jarrod Fry will be able to ride him aggressively in the early stages of this race.
