Ladbrokes Park Sandown - Race 2 1:00pm AEST

No. 2 Sham I Am

Sham I Am is a much better horse than his last start effort at Geelong suggests and he is great value to return to winning form at Ladbrokes Park this afternoon.

The Shamexpress gelding has generally produced his best form over 1000 metres and I am confident that he has far more upside than the rest of this field.

Barrier five is ideal and he maps to get a lovely run in transit with Daniel Moor in the saddle.

No. 3 Thousand Wishes

Thousand Wishes went to another level last campaign and she is great value to make a winning return to the races at Ladbrokes Park Sandown this afternoon.

She produced a string of classy efforts in stronger races than this last preparation and she generally does race well fresh.

Damian Lane in the saddle is a big positive and she will make her own luck right on the speed.

No. 10 In Good Health

In Good Health is well and truly over the odds at her current price of $13.

She savaged the line when she finished third behind Sakura at Flemington first-up and she should take good improvement from that performance.

The wide barrier draw means that she will settle in the second half of the field, but she does have a nice turn-of-foot and she will be storming home late.

No. 3 Exquisite Beauty

Exquisite Beauty will return to the races in a winnable contest at Ladbrokes Park Sandown.

She wasn’t disgraced at black-type level during the Autumn and she has produced a couple of high-rating performances during her racing career to date.

She will need some luck in running, but her class will take her a long way.
