Caulfield - Race 3 1:25pm AEDT

No. 2 Osamu

Osamu has an excellent chance to claim a maiden race win in the Gothic Stakes.

He may still be chasing that first race win, but he has raced well in much stronger company than this in the Heritage Stakes and the Roman Consul Stakes in Sydney.

Barrier three is ideal for the Exceed And Excel colt and he will make his own luck right on the speed.

Caulfield - Race 6 3:10pm AEDT

No. 3 Fituese

Fituese is a proven winner and she can maintain her excellent record in the Alinghi Stakes.

She beat Hilo and the highly-rated Masked Crusader to win at Rosehill Gardens last start and the fact that she has had her runs spaced is a positive as she absolutely flies fresh.

The Deep Field mare still has upside and she will likely end up in stronger races than this one.

Caulfield - Race 9 5:15pm AEDT

No. 5 Mirage Dancer

Mirage Dancer is the value runner in a very open edition of the Caulfield Cup.

He is a horse that goes to another level when he steps-up to 2400 metres and his victory in The Metropolitan was full of merit.

Barrier six is perfect for him and he will have every possible chance in the run. He finished third in the Caulfield Cup last year and he is capable of going two better in 2020.

Royal Randwick - Race 7 4:15pm AEDT

No. 2 Trekking

Trekking is outstanding value at his current odds in The Everest. His first-up run in the Moir Stakes was excellent, he always improves second-up and the step-up to 1200 metres is ideal.

He ran an excellent third in a stronger edition of The Everest last year and he beat Gytrash in The Goodwood in May.

You won’t see to many better $11 chances.
