Cranbourne - Race 4 3:00pm AEDT

No. 13 Prince Romany

Prince Romany has shown some promise during his racing career to date and he is deserving of his status as a clear favourite for this contest.

He did plenty wrong when he finished second at Kyneton last start and he should take good improvement from that effort.

Barrier six is ideal and he will have every possible chance in the run.

Cranbourne - Race 5 3:30pm AEDT

No. 1 Zouy's Comet

Zouy’s Comet doesn’t win out of turn, but this does look like the right race for him.

There was plenty of merit in his last start win at Caulfield and this is a genuine drop in class.

He will settle right on the speed and he will have every possible chance in the run.

Cranbourne - Race 6 4:00pm AEDT

No. 2 Abiding

There isn’t much early speed in this contest and it would not surprise if Abiding is able to lead from start to finish.

I am confident that Abiding is racing better than his record suggests this campaign and he does have upside.

He will give his rivals something to chase at a nice price.

Cranbourne - Race 7 4:30pm AEDT

No. 4 Smart Design

Smart Design is a consistent performer that simply never produces a poor performance.

He has recorded two wins from his past three race starts and there was plenty to like about the way that he put away his rivals at Wodonga last start.

Campbell Rawiller will take him straight to the front in the early stages of this contest and he will give his rivals something to chase.
